I Love A Clean San Diego offers environmental education to local elementary, middle and high schools, often at no-cost – click here to see if your school qualifies!

We believe that education provides the inspiration and incentive for behavioral change – change that will positively impact our regional environment and minimize our community’s ecological footprint. Our environmental educators are engaging and can present about a variety of subjects including: watersheds, the 4R’s, oil recycling, household hazardous waste, ocean and water pollution prevention and ocean conservation. 30th Annual Coastal Cleanup Day

Join thousands of San Diegans to celebrate 30 years of a cleaner coast!

As ILACSD celebrates its 60th anniversary, our biggest event each year is celebrating its 30th on September 20, 2014! We're looking for cleanup site recommendations, volunteer site captains, and local businesses who want to support this monumental effort. In 2013, 7,500 volunteers removed 75 tons of trash and recyclables from San Diego’s eleven watersheds.
